We specialize in solving unique problems, and are often called in to fix issues with fit and construction. Our clients might be pre-launch or over 100 years old, manufacturing locally or overseas, makers of easy-fit dresses or highly technical jackets. There is no substitute for working with our clients face-to-face, garments in hand. Our companies that manufacture overseas often come in to work through product in person, so the ability to come to our studio is a great advantage to potential clients.

Pattern Making

3D Prototyping

Sample Making
We have a full sewing shop inside our SE Portland studio. Let us sew a prototype of your idea, followed by fittings and revisions until it’s perfect.
Grading
Develop a size strategy that’s right for your business. Properly fit your digital pattern to a range of sizes for your target market. Deliver your factory-ready pattern by hard copy or .dxf file format.
Production Readiness
Source wholesale materials and research factories that are right for your product. Assemble a tech pack with your perfected technical drawings, garment specifications and bill of materials.
